CCTVpilot Partner Rewards Terms
Effective Date: 16th of July 2026 • Last Updated: 16th of July 2026
These CCTVpilot Partner Rewards Terms (“Partner Terms”) govern participation in CCTVpilot Partner Rewards (the “Program”), provided by LumoCodes. By creating or using a Partner Rewards account, creating or sharing a Program promo code, or accepting a Program reward, you agree to these Partner Terms.
The Program is separate from the CCTVpilot business-management application. A Partner Rewards account does not create a CCTVpilot customer account or grant access to a CCTVpilot paid plan.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and able to receive lawful bank transfers. If you participate for a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
You must provide accurate identity, contact, billing, tax-identification, and payout information. LumoCodes may request reasonable evidence to verify your identity, authority, bank account, promotional activity, or reward eligibility before activating an account or making a payment.
Participation is not available where it would violate applicable law, sanctions, payment restrictions, or an obligation you owe to another person. LumoCodes may approve or reject participation at its reasonable discretion.
2. Independent Participant Relationship
You participate as an independent referrer. Nothing in the Program creates employment, agency, franchise, partnership, fiduciary, joint-venture, or exclusive-distributor status. You have no authority to enter into contracts, make commitments, provide warranties, collect payments, or incur obligations on behalf of LumoCodes or CCTVpilot.
You are responsible for your own equipment, expenses, promotional channels, registrations, licences, insurance, and taxes associated with participation.
3. Registration and Account Security
You must register using an email address you control and complete the required contact and payout profile. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
Each person or business may operate only the Partner Rewards accounts reasonably necessary for legitimate participation. Creating duplicate, misleading, or coordinated accounts to manipulate codes, referrals, levels, discounts, or rewards is prohibited.
Notify support@lumocodes.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access or if payout details are incorrect. Payout bank details cannot ordinarily be changed through the dashboard after registration; corrections must be reviewed through support.
4. Promo Codes
Promo codes are issued through the Program and remain under LumoCodes’ control. A participant may currently maintain no more than two active promo codes. Each code currently expires three months after creation. The dashboard shows the status and expiry of each code.
A code must meet the format requirements shown during creation and must be unique. Expired or deleted codes may not be reclaimed or reused. Deleting a code prevents new customers from using it, but does not by itself cancel an otherwise valid referral attribution recorded before deletion.
LumoCodes may refuse, deactivate, or require replacement of a code that infringes another person’s rights, impersonates LumoCodes or CCTVpilot, is misleading or offensive, creates confusion, or poses a security or legal risk.
5. Promotion Rules
You must promote CCTVpilot honestly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not damage customers, LumoCodes, CCTVpilot, or the Program. You must clearly disclose that you may receive a reward when your code is used where advertising, endorsement, or consumer-protection law requires that disclosure.
You must not:
- make false or unsubstantiated claims about CCTVpilot’s features, prices, discounts, availability, results, or support;
- impersonate LumoCodes, CCTVpilot, their personnel, or an official customer-support channel;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive messages, or communications that violate another person’s privacy or marketing preferences;
- use self-referrals, temporary or disposable email addresses, fabricated identities, duplicate customer accounts, collusion, or other methods intended to manufacture discounts or rewards;
- purchase, bid on, or register misleading domains, social handles, search advertisements, or keywords that present you as LumoCodes or CCTVpilot without written permission;
- alter supplied marketing material in a misleading way or use LumoCodes intellectual property outside the Program purpose; or
- offer part of your reward as an undisclosed inducement, collect customer payments, or request customer credentials or private CCTVpilot workspace data.
6. Referral Attribution and Customer Discounts
A referral is attributed only when an eligible new CCTVpilot customer uses an active Program promo code or referral link and CCTVpilot successfully records the attribution. System records determine attribution. A customer account can be attributed to only one Program participant.
Customer discounts apply only when shown and accepted at CCTVpilot checkout. The current default discounts are 50% off the first monthly access purchase or 5% off the first yearly access purchase. Eligibility, product coverage, currencies, and discount rates may change prospectively, and the checkout amount controls the customer’s purchase.
The customer is a CCTVpilot user, not your customer for purposes of the Program. You must not attempt to identify a customer from masked referral information or contact them using Program information unless you independently have a lawful relationship and contact basis.
7. Qualified Referrals and Reward Levels
A monthly referral qualifies after the referred account completes three verified monthly paid-access purchases. A yearly referral qualifies after the referred account completes one verified yearly paid-access purchase.
Each referred CCTVpilot account can generate no more than one Program reward: either the reward associated with its first eligible yearly payment or the reward associated with its third eligible monthly payment. Later payments made after that reward qualifies or is recorded do not generate additional rewards for the participant.
The reward level is determined by the sequential number of the participant’s qualified referral at the time it qualifies:
- Bronze: qualified referrals 1–5; 70% monthly reward rate or 8% yearly reward rate.
- Silver: qualified referrals 6–15; 80% monthly reward rate or 10% yearly reward rate.
- Gold: qualified referrals 16 and above; 100% monthly reward rate or 15% yearly reward rate.
The level and rate recorded when a referral qualifies apply to that reward. A later level increase does not recalculate an earlier reward.
8. Reward Calculation and Adjustments
Reward percentages apply to the eligible reward base, not necessarily to the customer’s full checkout amount. The reward base is calculated from the qualifying payment after conversion to LKR where necessary and after configured payment-processing and transfer-cost deductions. The current default calculation deducts a PayHere processing allocation of 3.3% and an LKR 25 bank-transfer allocation before applying the reward rate. The applicable calculation details recorded for a reward control if dashboard estimates differ.
LumoCodes may correct, withhold, cancel, or reverse a reward affected by a duplicate payment, refund, chargeback, payment reversal, pricing error, fraudulent or abusive activity, mistaken attribution, breach of these Partner Terms, or a transaction that was not successfully settled. LumoCodes will not knowingly alter a properly qualified reward merely because the Program rate changes later.
Dashboard amounts, levels, progress labels, and projected rewards may be estimates until a reward is verified and recorded as qualified.
9. Payouts and Taxes
Qualified rewards are recorded in LKR and are paid by bank transfer to the verified payout account. The current minimum payout threshold is LKR 6,000. Reaching the threshold makes the balance eligible for a scheduled payout review; it does not guarantee payment on a particular date.
Payouts are subject to identity, bank, referral, fraud, refund, chargeback, and accounting verification. Processing time may depend on LumoCodes’ payout cycle, bank availability, holidays, incorrect account details, or legal requirements. LumoCodes is not responsible for delay or loss caused by inaccurate payout information supplied by you or by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes, levies, duties, social contributions, and similar obligations arising from Program rewards. LumoCodes may request tax information or make a deduction or withholding where required by law.
10. Referral Information and Confidentiality
The Partner Rewards dashboard may display limited referral information such as a masked customer email, sign-up date, plan or billing-period indicator, qualification progress, reward status, and relevant timestamps. It does not provide access to the customer’s full email address, payment-method details, private CCTVpilot workspace, or payments made after the referral has already qualified or been rewarded.
You may use this information only to monitor Program attribution, qualification, rewards, payouts, and genuine support disputes. You must keep it confidential and must not attempt to re-identify, profile, sell, publish, or use it to contact referred customers.
Personal-data handling is further described in the LumoCodes Privacy Policy and the CCTVpilot Data Controls Notice.
11. Marketing Assets and Intellectual Property
LumoCodes may provide logos, product information, promo graphics, or other marketing assets. Subject to these Partner Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those assets solely to promote CCTVpilot through the Program.
You acquire no ownership of CCTVpilot, LumoCodes names, logos, software, designs, promo codes, or marketing assets. You must stop using Program assets when requested or when participation ends.
12. Program Changes
LumoCodes may change Program discounts, code limits, expiry periods, qualification rules, reward rates, payout thresholds, supported countries, or other Program features prospectively. Material adverse changes will be communicated through the dashboard, email, Program page, or another reasonable channel before taking effect where reasonably practicable.
A change will not retroactively reduce a reward already recorded as qualified, except where an adjustment is permitted under Section 8. LumoCodes may suspend or discontinue the Program, but will address properly qualified rewards in accordance with these Partner Terms and applicable law.
13. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion
LumoCodes may suspend or terminate participation, deactivate codes, disqualify referrals, or withhold affected rewards where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, unlawful promotion, material breach, security risk, inaccurate identity or payout information, payment manipulation, or conduct harmful to customers or the Program. Where reasonably practicable, LumoCodes will provide notice and an opportunity to respond unless immediate action is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of others.
You may delete your Partner Rewards account through its security settings. Deletion ends dashboard access and deactivates your promo codes. Referral, qualification, payout, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained as described in the Data Controls Notice.
Contact support before deleting your account if it shows any qualified, available, or awaiting-payout balance. Voluntary deletion does not accelerate payment, remove the minimum threshold, or guarantee payment of an amount that has not yet been transferred. Unqualified referrals and unpaid rewards may be cancelled following deletion unless applicable law requires otherwise or LumoCodes confirms a different treatment in writing.
14. Disclaimers and Liability
The Program is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. LumoCodes does not guarantee that any particular number of people will use your code, that a referral will qualify, that the Program will remain available indefinitely, or that dashboard estimates will equal a final reward.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumoCodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or for lost profits, opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated rewards arising from the Program. LumoCodes’ total aggregate liability relating to the Program will not exceed the rewards paid or payable to you during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Partner Terms excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify LumoCodes and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs to the extent caused by your unlawful or misleading promotion, infringement of another person’s rights, collection or misuse of customer data, tax non-compliance, or material breach of these Partner Terms.
16. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law or forum that applies despite this choice.
Updated Partner Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material adverse changes will receive reasonable advance notice where reasonably practicable. Continued participation after the effective date of updated Partner Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
